Adventurversary

I can't say for sure if I am picking up this blog again, but it seemed necessary to blog since yesterday was the one year Adventurversary of our trip to Guatemala! One year ago we left Vanderhoof and embarked on one of life's great adventures! What a great experience! God is so faithful!
The whole trip felt like a foundation was being built. It sure seemed that we were making connections for a trip to Guatemala again in the future. I honestly can't say for sure if we will return, but I do know that we all still have Guatemala deeply rooted in our hearts. We still pray for Guatemala and that God will allow us to return someday. Especially Autumn! She prays almost every day that we will go back someday soon!
I know that God has a different adventure on our hearts right now. We are committed to adopting embryos, a great adventure indeed! Who knows, maybe after the birth of our new addition(s) we may return to Guatemala again.
